What is EzzeSend Connector?
EzzeSend Connector is the WordPress and WooCommerce integration that links your website to supported EzzeSend workflows and automation features.
Can customers log in with WhatsApp OTP?
Yes. EzzeSend Connector can provide WhatsApp OTP authentication for WordPress customers, including phone verification, login and registration.
Does the $45.000 USD subscription include messaging usage?
No. The Connector subscription and messaging usage are separate. EzzeSend Account Balance top-ups start from $60 USD.
How many websites can I use it on?
Each Connector subscription includes one production website license.
Can I use my own WhatsApp Business number?
Own WhatsApp Business numbers are available on Starter and higher EzzeSend plans. The Connector plan uses eligible EzzeSend-supported messaging services.
What happens if my subscription expires?
The Connector subscription becomes inactive and access to subscription-dependent downloads and updates is stopped until renewal.
What happens to my EzzeSend Account Balance if my subscription expires?
Your remaining EzzeSend Account Balance stays on your account. Subscription expiry does not remove the remaining balance.
Can I renew using my EzzeSend Account Balance?
Account Balance renewal support is planned as an optional account setting. It will only be presented as available once enabled in the billing system.
Do I receive plugin updates?
Yes. Plugin updates and secure downloads are available while the Connector subscription is active.
